New Era Titans LLC ("New Era Titans," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy and values your trust. Commercial Drivers. Our customers use our Service to manage and maintain their driver qualification file management and adhere to Department of Transportation ("DOT") and other industry regulations. If you are a commercial driver who applies to or works for one of our customers, we collect, or our customers may collect and upload to our Service, the personal information required to be maintained in your driver qualification file. This personal information may include:

Our customers may collect your first name, last name, email address, physical address, phone number, Social Security number, signature, physical characteristics/description, driver's license number.

Professional and/or Employment Information
Our customers may collect your job title, the name of your employer, work contact information (such as email address of phone number), salary, and work history.

Demographics and Characteristics
Our customers may collect your age/birthdate, race, ethnicity, gender, gender identity, gender expression, marital status, or military or veteran status.

Audio-Visual Information
Our customers may collect phone call recordings, as well as photographs and/or profile pictures.

Health Information
Our customers may collect your health background, health status, information about your physical or mental disability or medical condition, insurance policy number, and medical reports and certifications as required by law.

In some instances, service providers will be directly responsible to you for their use of your personal information. They may be obliged by law to provide you with additional information regarding the personal information that they hold about you and how and why they process that information.   • Advertising Partners.These are businesses that help us market our Service and provide you with other offers that may be of interest to you.
  • Business partners, such as when we submit your personal information to vendors in order to obtain a Motor Vehicle Record check, federal drug and alcohol clearinghouse query, or other verification or certification required by law, rule or regulation.
  • Advisers and financial institutions, including auditors, notaries, business continuity support service providers, and legal, tax, and risk and compliance advisors.

If you no longer want to receive our newsletter, emails, or other marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in emails that we send to you.

To opt-out of text messages, you may text "STOP" in reply to any New Era Titans marketing text message.

Please note that you cannot unsubscribe from certain correspondence from us, including messages relating directly to your account or purchases placed through the Service.
